The night before the 2024 presidential election, Taiwan's election law requires all campaign social media content be published before 10:00 PM. The candidate took the stage at 9:52 PM — our team had just 8 minutes.

This wasn't improvisation. It was a pre-designed system.

We aligned with the communications team before election day: which angles to capture, output priority sequence, editing style, cloud folder structure — all pre-defined.

Workflow
